Lake Erie Ice Tsunami

As spring is finally arriving, it’s more fun to look back on some of the more dramatic moments of winter. And you know it’s cold in the Great Lakes when you see an “ice tsunami.” Also called “ice shoves,” these walls of broken lake ice are pushed by wind and waves onto the shores of the Great Lakes, sometimes in a mater of minutes.
